Dusted Future

The point of a blog, I used to believe was to keep up mostly with current events; sort of like a journal. Now of course, as you might of realized, this is not exactly the case here. After over two months of not writing, there is very little link left between this blog and Current events.

Right well to recap, I suppose the biggest ordeal would be starting Cegep. To keep it short, sweet and mostly dandy (As its quite early and I'm on a friends computer this morning) Cegep has been a ball. You might think that being school and all, a place where you're actually forced to Learn would be a horribly dull ordeal. Happily this is not the case at all: For one, I'm now Downtown in the city which for me, being a country live in middle of nowhere person, means a lot. Secondly, the amount of freedom, is almost intoxicatingly different as we are no longer herded along by electronic bells. Which I might add, is pretty darn cool.

The people there, which account for a rather large part of the school (High population count) are all, to my current knowledge quite friendly. This is just odd. If we look at high school where people were always fighting, and you'd have combat stare downs while walking through a hallway, the next level up is weirdly tame. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that people who go there, actually Want to instead of it being a pure must.

Apart from the general crowed as explained above, I'm meeting some people in which to converse with as well which is pretty neat. Several from High School is there which me (Which is always a good start) but also meeting knew ones during dramatic class hours.

On the job front, still casually looking. Yes thats a bold Still but I plan on applying to some bookstores downtown this week. (Presuming I ever write that English C.V. What a pain...)

I'll see if I can try to write here a little more often. Everyone really does deserve better.
